Yes, you can select bank deposit as your payment method to complete the order, then pay with cash/card over the counter.
Can I still get the old price for a product I purchased previously?

Do you accept WeChat Pay?
We do not currently accept WeChat Pay.
Do you have any wholesale prices or any business discount?
In some cases yes, please contact us for a quote on bulk or business orders.
Do you offer pickup options in other states?
Currently, we offer pickup from our VIC (Vermont) warehouse only.
Do you offer price matching with other websites?
We aim to be competitive but do not guarantee price matching. Send us an enquiry to see what we can do.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items ship separately. Contact us with your invoice number to check if your order has been split.
Why did the product price increase after I viewed it yesterday?
Prices may change based on available stock, promotions, or supplier updates. The price at checkout applies.
Why does my order status show 'PICK'?
PICK means your order is being prepared. You'll be notified when it's ready.
Will the invoice be included in my package?
No paperwork or branding are included with our shipments, invoices are emailed. You can also download it from your account.
